We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! You can exchange or return most items within two weeks of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
- Original condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item is either damaged upon receipt or defective.
What’s not eligible?
- Items that have been used or removed from their packaging
- Clearance items or Black Friday items.
Return shipping & fees
- For exchanges you are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us. Usually between R100 and R150 depending on your location.
- You can choose your preferred courier or use our designated one (additional information on drop-off and collection points will be provided upon request).
- If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt or still within the warranty period please log a warranty ticket HERE so our support team can assist you going forwards.
Exchanges
We’ll gladly send you a replacement item once we receive your return and our support team have confirmed that the returned item is in 100% resell condition.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to your nominated bank account. Or via Payflex if you used this payment method.
- EFT Refunds are processed every Friday.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund transaction fees associated with your original payment method if on a return(Credit Card, InstantEFT, Zapper, or Snapscan).
- The Credit Card fee will be waived if you are due a refund on Out of Stock or damaged items.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
